Karin Stanek (August 18, 1943 – February 15, 2011) was a Polish rock and roll and beat music singer, a member of the band Czerwono-Czarni. She has been known for her charismatic performances and expressive onstage persona, and referred to as one of the symbols of Polish beat music.[1] In the 1960s, she has achieved widespread popularity in Poland with hits like "Malowana lala", "Jimmy Joe", "Chłopiec z gitarą", "Wala twist" and "Jedziemy autostopem". In the 1970s, Stanek emigrated to Germany, where she went on to release German- and English-language material. In the 1990s, she resumed performing in Poland to much success, although remained based in Germany up until her death from pneumonia in 2011. Polish music magazine Machina has placed her on their list of "50 best Polish female singers".[2]

Leszek Stanek (ur. 26 maja1981 w Świętochłowicach) – polski aktor, piosenkarz, choreograf, tancerz, reżyser i osobowość medialna.
Życiorys
[edytuj | edytuj kod]Ukończył technikum mechaniczne i Państwowe Policealne Studium Wokalno-Baletowe w Gliwicach[1]. W 2001 debiutował jako aktor, występując w Gliwickim Teatrze Muzycznym, z którym związany był do 2004[2]. W 2002 został półfinalistą drugiej edycji programu Idol[1][3].
W 2003 zaczął występować w Śląskim Teatrze Tańca[4], był dyrektorem artystycznym młodzieżowego projektu edukacyjnego Studio Teatru Fizycznego[5]. W 2005 premierę miał wystawiany przez teatr spektakl pt. Villa Evra, który został pokazany w ramach XIII Międzynarodowej Konferencji Tańca Współczesnego. Jako tancerz oraz choreograf pracował nie tylko w Polsce, ale również w Niemczech, Chinach, Indiach, Kanadzie czy Stanach Zjednoczonych. Debiut w pracy choreografa i reżysera zwieńczył spektaklem Myśli mocy zwierciadła odbicie.
Popularność wśród telewidzów zdobył dzięki roli Jakuba Krzysztonia w serialu Tancerze (2009–2010) w TVP2[6]. W 2010 zaczął pracował jako konferansjer, prowadził m.in. przygotowania do finałowej gali wyborów Miss Polski (2011) i program Godzina na Poddaszu (2012)[7]. W 2012 został koproduc
